Lunch Dates w/LP

This little girl was really sad that she didn't get to go with Mamo, Papo and Daddy to have lunch with Ashton at school. I however, was excited to have my own little lunch date with her. After next year, I won't have her at home with me and I won't be able to have lunch with her everyday.

I sure am going to miss this silly little girl when she goes off to Kinder!

Turks & Caicos Baby!

On Thursday, we made our way to Turks & Caicos...that place is BEAUTIFUL! We always take pictures of our room since the girls like to see where we stayed. Everything about it was stunning!

The living area, overlooking the balcony to the ocean.

The view looking out the balcony...the water looks fake but it is absolutely real!

Love this picture!

We didn't have much free time today, we went down to check out the cabana they had set up on the beach, took a tour of the resort and made sure we knew where everything was. When everyone arrives on Friday, we are there to greet and chat and help out with anything anyone needs.

We didn't take many pictures on Friday or Saturday but Sunday was  day full of fun!

Sunday..We went out on a boat with several people from the group. It was blast...and our two guides were so much fun!

Daddy and few other guys swam out and actuall caught the conch we were going to be eating for the day! It was such a neat experience!

There they are...a few of the conch. We had no idea they were covered with mossy-like stuff!

We went out to a little cove so our guides could clean the conch and make our ceviche. I don't remember but this part is that BB is about to eat, but all they guys (and some of the girls) ate them. All I know was that it was slimy and gross looking!

And...done! Just like it wasn't a big deal at all!
The HP Host Guys of the trip!

Our Island Vibes boat!

Here is about to clean his conch!

The diving board off the boat was hit! It turned these grown men into little boys for the afternoon!

Our group after the afternoon on the boat! What a fun memory for sure!

All cleaned up and ready for dinner after a full day on the boat!

Monday we spent relaxing. We went into town to get a few souvenirs and then relaxed on the beach.

This is where we ate breakfast every single morning.

Our group had access to this big red rocket floating thing...I got on it and went for a ride. I haven't laughed so much in a while! It was hilarious watching all of us hold on for dear life so we didn't get thrown off!

We had such a great time on our trip! On a side note, as we were at the airport getting ready to leave, we saw Edita Slavinskya from DWTS. She was on our airplane...looks even more beautiful in person! She and her husband (Dmitri also from DWTS) had been there on vacation! We didn't get pictures because we did't want to be those weird stalker people...especially since the airport was teeny tiny!

Kid To Kid Tour

While I was in Turks & Caicos with Daddy, I missed a huge milestone for Landry...her Kid-to-Kid Tour at Pink. This was her first opportunity to see her new school as an incoming Kindergartener (and not just the little sister). However, I wasn't at Ashton's either since I was working so I guess it was fair.

I am not sure who was more excited to go...Landry or Mamo and Papo! I love that they took some pictures and texted them to me since I was missing out!

I love this sweet picture of her neighborhood friends!

{Papo took this one of Landry sitting in her Mamo's lap}

Sweet girls that Landry has been to preschool with at Apple Creek and now they will get to go to elementary school together too! Ella and Elyse are precious girls!

Kinder Round Up...check.
Kid-to-Kid Tour...check.

Landry's Last Apple Creek Picnic

While Daddy and I were out of town on our trip for Daddy's work, both sets of grandparents watched the girls for us. Grammy and Grampy took the first shift and Mamo and Papo flew to cover the back half of the week. Saturday was busy! Landry had her annual picnic at Apple Creek. Mamo and Papo took her to that and snapped a few pictures of her having fun!

While Landry, Mamo and Papo were having fun at the picnic, Grammy and Grampy had Ashton covered at her softball tournament. They all met up to watch some of Ashton's games. It was nice for the grandparents to catch up and visit...it had been a while since they had seen each other. And the girls LOVED having both of their grandparents in the same spot!

Daddy and I didn't worry about the girls one bit while we were gone...we knew they were in good hands with the grandparents. We appreciate them taking the time to come hang out with the girls.

Miami... 15 Years

This year, Daddy and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary! I can't imagine being married to anyone else. I can't imagine anyone else being the Daddy to my girls. I can't imagine my life without him.

To celebrate, we decided to leave for our annual trip for Daddy's work a day early. We flew to Miami a day before we were supposed to be headed to Turks & Caicos. It was nice to have some time with just us before we jumped into the work trip!

{Instagram Picture}... at the airport headed to Miami!

It was cloudy and a little rainy when we arrived so we settled for a little walk on the beach before getting ready for dinner.

I love how he humors me and takes cheesy pictures with me! But this is the only anniversary we have celebrated on a beach, so it was only fitting we took a picture in the sand!

We wanted a picture of us before we headed out for dinner but we didn't exactly have my good camera...so after several attempts to prop it up on things, we manged to get a few with us actually in them!

We enjoyed walking around Miami shopping and having Sushi for dinner!

April Randoms

Our monthly edition of Random Pictures....

{instagram picture} we spent a nice spring day at the park!

Ashton asks me almost every day to either do my make up or my hair. She also tells me that I need to do something to my hair. So, on this day I let her curl my hair with her curling wand. I actually went out of the house like this and after we got home, she told me she wasn't a fan of my hair like that! Stinker.

This is the picture of a girl who was playing pretty hard with her sister!

{Instagram Picture}... my girl and I went for a little morning run!

{Instagram Picture}... a little practice riding her bike with no training wheels with my littlest girl!

{Instagram Picture}...since the Little Sister in the house goes to bed earlier than the Ashton, we were able to have a movie night with our Big Girl! We watched the Blind Side...love that movie!

This girl house doesn't have a train track or race car track so this girl decided to use her Jenga blocks to make her own!

{Instagram Picture}...I kept Landry home from school today with allergies/cold since she was sneezing non stop. We played several games of Guess Who!

Landry took our neighbors Graham and Wyatt for a ride in her cool dune racer car!

Playing in the backyard made these two hungry...snack break!

Can't believe we signed Landry up for Kindergarten!!

Blogging on the patio while Landry plays...pure bliss!

{Instagram Picture}...Game Day!

These two still love playing Play Doh! I love when they play together!

A little pre-game hitting warm up!

Headed out for a date to the bank to deposit some of the money she saved up into her savings account!

Ashton had the STAAR test...I gave her a little something to boost her confidence! Math is not her favorite.
