Happy 4th of July!!
Other than Ashton's early mini b-day celebration, we had a pretty low key day. I pretty much had all the packing for our trip finished yesterday which meant today was free for some fun.
Since we had a get together with our peeps on Saturday, we just hung around our house with a few of the neighbors. We grilled and the kids played until it was time for the fireworks. {We watched the fireworks from the Garths' front yard}.
I played around with a few apps on my phone and took some pics of the girls...
Then we played around with the self timer on our camera to get a family picture...

Surprisingly, it only took us about six tries to get a decent one!
We had a nice day and are ready to head out to Alabama bright and early in the morning!
Let the annual Bryce Family Vacay begin!!!

still bummed that we missed celebrating the 4th with y'all this year! it just wasn't the same!
