American Girl Camp...Prodigy Style!

Well, Ashton had her second camp of the summer this week and she absolutely LOVED it!  We let her choose 4 summer camps...softball camp, 2 dance camps, and golf camp. One of the things I love about Ashton is she is very diverse with her interests.  Dance seems to be one of her faves which is why she chose two camps. She would have done every dance camp available to her if we let her!

This week, she participated in the American Girl camp at Prodigy where she takes dance classes during the year. She was in the class with Macy and one of Macy's friends from school, Kennedy. The girls got along so well and had a ton of FUN! Ashton loves getting her groove on at every possible opportunity.

Since Landry had swimming lessons and My Gym, that meant that I had to leave for part of camp on Tuesday and Wednesday, but I was back in time to pick up Ashton. But...since I was gone, I didn't get to take as many pictures as I would have liked and let's be honest, Miss Jodi takes better pictures anyway. She was nice enough to share the pictures she took with me.  I have a TON of pictures to share! 

Miss Taylor was their teacher and she was so good. They learned some sassy and fun dances and made some cute crafts for them and their dolls. And yes, since this was the American Girl Camp, their American Girl dolls were able to come along and observe. Ashton and Macy had so much fun coordinating their outfits along with their dolls', Reagan and Aubrey.

Carly got to participate in a camp of her own with one of her little dance buddies too. She did the Positively Pink camp which was absolutely adorable complete with tiaras, boas, magic wands, and maracas! She had such a great time with Miss Lindsey and Miss Cynthia.

Lan-Lan P hung out in the lobby with us grown ups and Miss Cynthia was sweet enough to give Landry a little treat from whatever Carly and Reagan were doing. Landry cannot wait to get her bitty self in a dance class!

Lan-Lan was sick so we had to wait for Sisser in the car, but you would have never known it by the way she was posing in the car while we waited! She was more irritated that we didn't get to go in and see the girls!

When Ashton got home I wanted to get a picture of her with her doll Aubrey and of course Little Sisser had to pose too!

Ashton had such a great time at her American Girl camp...I think she was sad to see it end! Miss Camille and the girls at Prodigy really outdid themselves once again. Have I mentioned that we love Prodigy?!
