February Randoms for you ....
Softball practice for Ashton was a bit chilly on this February evening and since Daddy was out of town, Landry and I went to practice. We decided to spend part of it in the car where it was a little warmer.
Landry is becoming obsessed with drawing. She is really into drawing people. She spent a good chunk of time drawing pictures for Bobby and this Momma just wanted to capture it! I love kid drawings!!
Landry loves doing her homework...she likes to work on it while Ashton is doing hers! I love watching those itty bitty hands write, cut, and glue! And the convos are priceless!!
I walked upstairs and totally cracked up when I saw Landry a) dressed like this and b) with this set up! I asked her what she was doing and she said she was pretending to be the girl in the Justin Bieber movie that gets flowers and then gets to sit on stage so Justin can sing to her. Oh...and she had the ipod on rocking out some Bieber music too. This is SO not the same stuff Ashton played when she was five...must be the second kid with a big sister!
It is competition season for Macy and Carly and sometimes we are able to watch them dance via live streaming on the computer. Miss Jodi sends us a schedule of their numbers and we keep the feed on and watch them do their thing. We would love to watch them in person but this is better than nothing!
Our weekly after school treat this week was Bahama Bucks...and yes, I tried to talk them out of it since it was February but they wanted a sno cone!
Landry and I make a trip to the library every other week and she loves it! I am going to be sad next year when she is in Kindergarten and I won't be able to take her on our way home from Apple Creek.
Landry and Elyse were pretty proud of themselves for hacking my phone and taking a picture of themselves.
And...this would be Landry's Bitty Baby Boy named Justin. And...yes she dressed him in a girl swimsuit!
Yes...she does have boy clothes for Justin...but not a boy swimsuit!
I am in the process of getting my laundry room looking a little more fun and decorated. I ordered this print off of Etsy and I love it! I love looking at it when I am doing laundry and reminding myself that I will be miss the days when I don't have little girl laundry to do. I also love that the lady who made it is the wife of an Air Force guy.
I love watching my girl play softball...she loves it so much and is always trying to get better. I snapped this picture as we were heading out to a weekend of Texas Twist Softball!
February Randoms...check!!
