Our girls beg us pretty much EVERY SINGLE day to get them a dog. We have heard every reason under the planet as to why they need/want one. The answer is always NO... I think they might actually pass out from shock if the answer ever was yes!
Since our girls love dogs, they have been asked a few times to dog sit for our neighbors. They love it and it gives them a teeny tiny taste of what taking care of a dog is like. Miss Kate's twin sister was graduating from nursing school so she and parents went to Michigan. The dogs were staying at Kate's house so they asked the girls if they could dog sit. They were in heaven and jumped at the chance!
The dogs are super sweet and love for the girls to love on them!
I am not sure if this fueled their "dog fire" or not but they sure enjoyed it!
