We arrived and went to an early dinner at our "usual" dinner spot...Mazzio's pizza. We filled our bellies with pizza, salad, bread sticks, dessert pizza, lemonade and fountain cherry coke (that is Mommy's fave fountain drink-not coke with cherry syrup, real cherry coke). And after dinner, we went to 3 Spoons for some yummy frozen yogurt. Two desserts is super special, not to mention extremely rare and super special things like this happen when you go visit Grammy and Grampy!
The three cousins couldn't be cuter with their smiles and yogurt!
We made a quick stop at Academy to check out their Baylor stuff while Grampy scoped out some water shoes. Once we got back to Grammy & Grampy's house, we had a little bit of time for some fun before bed. Landry in her "fire girl hat and baby doll" and Ashton laughing hysterically with Grammy!

This morning was the main event...the big reason we went to Waco...
The girls have been dying to experience Hawaiian Falls. Auntie Megan, Grammy, and Parker bought season passes so they go all the time. They knew the girls would love it so we made a plan to all go together.
We got there a little early so we could be first in line to get a good table. They kids were pumped, but not so pumped about having their picture taken! Life with the Mamarazzi!
I wanted to get a picture of Grammy & Grampy with the kids, but as you'll notice, one of them is missing. Well, that is because she was pouting and crying over something (I can't remember, it might have been because she didn't want sunscreen on) and refused to take a picture.
I needed to document the moment...this is typical Landry when she doesn't get her way so I snapped a picture of her not being in the picture.
After everyone was slathered in sunscreen, we were ready for all the wet fun. The first stop was this ginormous water slide. Both girls were ready to try it out...even my cautious oldest daughter!
Parker wasn't a fan of this one so he hung out with me and Grampy.
First to come down were Auntie Megan and Landry. Little Miss LP LOVED it and squealed with delight all the way down.
I couldn't resist her little hiney cheek hanging out of her swimsuit as she was trying to get out of the tube!
Next, we had Ashton and Grammy. The splash was so big that you can't even see Ashton in this picture.
Ashton had fun, but she was screaming not squealing. I don't think she realized that it was going to be dark the entire way down. She said it was fun, but wasn't ready to go back on it!
This was water slide numero dos. Another big one where you come down on your tummy on a mat.
Oh, and you can't go down double, so Landry was going to have to do it solo. All of the kiddos were tall enough to go on this one.

All three kiddos loved it. We hung around this slide for a long time and they climbed the stairs and went over and over and over!

After we had our fill on the "mat slide" we headed over to the wave pool.
Having Grampy any where near water is a HUGE deal. As long as I have been alive, he has never ever stepped foot in water other than the shower. So when he bought a swimsuit and water shoes...I was super duper excited. I am so glad he came along and got right in the middle of the fun rather than watching from the sidelines. I think he had a great time even though he was a bit nervous on the inside. I am so proud of him!!
I put my camera away after the wave pool so I could enjoy the water too. We went on the lazy river, Ashton did a wobbly monkey bars thingy ma-jig, Parker showed off his swimming skills swimming across the big pool, they even spent some time in the kiddie area. The park wasn't too big and had plenty for the kids to do.
Snack time!
Parker is such a silly boy!
Grampy with his third and fourth daughters.
I had absolute blast with my girls!
After we finished with our Hawaiian Falls fun, Grammy headed to Dallas for a girls weekend, while the rest of us had lunch before we made our way home. Once we left Subway, the girls zonked out immediately and slept pretty much the entire way home.
What a fun time full of fond memories!
