I've decided that I love these monthly random posts! It is so fun for me to go back and look at these pictures every month and it also makes glad I take and keep the randoms!
Landry wanted to go on a bike ride while Daddy and Ashton were at softball practice. We stopped at the park while we were bike riding...the twisty slide always gives me such great pictures!
I took the girls for an after school treat to try the new Bahama Bucks...they liked it but, we still love the Sno Cone Lady better!!
Landry had her End of the Year party at school and since I was one of the room moms in charge, I didn't have a chance to take any pictures. I snapped this one super blurry picture with my phone before the kids started finishing their snack.
The Gees sent a "Flash Mob Text" to meet at Main Event for some Family Fun. The original plan was to do Laser Tag but the wait was too long so we settled for playing games and eating dinner instead, which ended up being just as much fun! Ashton and Kaitlyn had fun taking pix in the photo booth and playing this dance game with their giant heads on itty bitty bodies.
Landry has decided that she cannot wait until it is her turn to play t-ball so she is getting as much practice as she can. She always wants to do exactly what Sisser is doing!
Landry got to try on her recital costume at dance....she is in LOVE and cannot wait for her first ever recital!
Having a cast on her foot didn't stop her from gettin' her groove on!
My hubs is learning!!! He took the girls on a super secret Mother's Day Mission to paint a pot for me AND her took pictures to document the event! I love him!
He even took a picture of them with the pot before it got fired in the kiln!
Our little swimmer...Daddy came to watch her do her thing so he snapped a picture on his phone!
The girls and I left to go to Waco for a quick trip to visit my Aunt and Uncle...the Hubs was at work when we left so when he got home, he walked into our bathroom to find this fun little Anniversary Surprise. I got the idea from Pinterest...I took a balloon for every year we have been married and put a card with something I love about him, our life, and/or our marriage tied to the bottom. He loved it and took a picture of it with his phone. It's hard to surprise him so this was fun and he had no idea!!
Ashton made these little "pom-pom friends" and I couldn't resist a picture when I saw them lined up on the kitchen counter. This is one of the things I love about having little girls!
This year I spent every Wednesday morning helping with carpool at Landry's school and I enjoyed it so much. On my last day of volunteering for carpool the Director and Assistant Director gave us these adorable (and not necessary) little cups with a Sonic gift card in it. What a precious and super sweet idea!
Daddy and Ashton had their annual date to the Byron so that meant I was able to have a special date with my littlest girl. She chose to have a "Movie Afternoon". She chose the movie we watched while we had an extra special afternoon treat of popcorn, skittles, and lemonade!
After a fun afternoon at the pool, we came home to grill some dinner. While Daddy was grilling, Landry busted out her Polly Pocket toy...
...Daddy grilled some burgers and corn on the cob...
...this girly of ours hung out and chatted with her momma....
...and Ashton insisted I get out from behind the camera and have my picture taken!
Even with a ginormous boot on her foot, she can still ride her little bike in jammies!!
Hail in the backyard!!
The girls were pretty pumped to actually HOLD a piece of hail for the first time!
Ashton brought home her supplies from school and I loved what she wrote on her ruler...that's our softball lovin' girl!
And there you have it...our random pictures and memories from May!!
