Well....we are doing GREAT with the weekly crafts. We've been having so much fun and I am loving the time with my girls.
The second craft was a fun "Bandana Fringe Flip Flops". This was a big girl craft since Landry wanted no part of it. Since LP wasn't interested, we planned it for Ashton to do with her friend Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn came over for a play date while Landry was napping so the girls were able to do their craft by themselves--without a three year old in the middle of it. We got so involved in the craft that I forgot to get my camera out and take pictures.
After not getting any pictures of our second Weekly Craft Time project, I wanted to make sure I got some for the third one. This was another craft that was for Mommy and Ashton to do. I had seen this cute wreath on Tip Junkie, so we decided to give it a try. In the time it took for Landry to take a nap, Ashton and I whipped out this cute 4th of July wreath.
Ashton was the tulle cutter...
I was in charge of tying the tulle onto the wreath...
...and this is how it turned out. Daddy was totally impressed that we made it! We decided we could make a cute one for Valentine's Day too!
