Grampy's birthday was just a few days after Father's Day this year. Father's Day weekend was also the same weekend that Grampy, Grammy, and Ninny went to the reunion in Oklahoma so we opted to celebrate Grampy's birthday the next weekend instead. We went down to Lorena to have a birthday celebration honoring Grampy!
Landry loves playing with the toys that Grammy and Grampy have for her and Parker. For some reason those toys are just so much more fun....especially when Parker is there to play too.
Landry could be Grammy's little helper the next time she has a project. She was working those tools like a pro...safety glasses and all!
After lunch, the kids went outside to play in the kiddie pool. Those three had fun and Jon did a great job entertaining them as ususal!
They played a little pool baseball/football. Jon actually managed to stay pretty dry which was impressive!
Poor Ashton...Landry and Parker were like bulls in a china shop. They jumped all around and splashed and knocked each other over and had a the best time doing it!
Unfortunately, I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures. I didn't get one single picture of the birthday boy or anyone else. I really just enjoyed visiting and chatting....sometimes you just gotta do that.
