Red Ribbon Week for Ashton...

Ashton's school just wrapped up Red Ribbon week today. It was full of fun activities to remind the kiddos they need to make good choices every day. They had a fun Red Ribbon Week assembly to kick things off last Friday and they were able to spend the week dressing in different themes.

Ashton loves these weeks and anything fun that helps the kids make a "mental" connection to what they are learning. Here is a run down of her Red Ribbon Week fun...

Monday~Wear Sneakers
Don't let unhealthy choices "sneak" up on you!

Tuesday~Wear shirts with numbers
You can "count" on me to make good choices!
Wednesday~Wear Flip Flops
At Her School we "flip" over good choices!
*she was most excited about this day...she doesn't get to wear her flip flops to school ever and she LOVES her flip flops!*

Thursday~Wear Red
Red Ribbon Day

Friday~Wear Your School Spirit Shirt
At Her School Cool Kids make Good Choices!
{this picture was taken after school...can you tell}

We know she is learning great things at her school and she loves these special weeks and was quite chatty about what they were learning which is always a good sign!

Cute stuff! Our week just wrapped up, too.

I didn't take pics each day, what a bad momma! HA!

Glad she loves school and is learning more than just "book" stuff. That's an important part of it for sure!
