Pumpkin Carving-Part 2...

Since we didn't have time to carve both pumpkins yesterday, that meant that today is the day for Landry's pumpkin to get carved. After we got home from dance and had dinner, part two of the pumpkin carving began!

Landry was ready! She took out her hair (you know because that is what she does when she gets home from anywhere and she tried to take off her clothes, but Mommy was able to stop her) and climbed up in the chair all by herself just like a big girl and waited ever so patiently.

Daddy would show her the "pumpkin guts" as he pulled it out. She wasn't loving it at first, but then quickly said over and over "pumpkin....ewwwww lucky, pumpkin ewwwwww lucky".

She was having a ball....this is the pumpkin she chose. There was this "stuff" all over it, this was the best side. Daddy tried to have her choose another one at the pumpkin tent, but she wanted THAT one. So that is why there is that brown stuff all over it. I guess it gives it a little character.

Two girls, two pumpkins and a Fantastic Daddy!

The girls' jack-0-lanterns on display and ready for Halloween!

We didn't get to participate in the carving of Miss Carly's pumpkin, but I was able to get a few pics from Miss Jodi...

Carly's pumpkin turned jack-o-lantern....too cute!

These Daddies do some nice work...it also helps when you have some great little girls to carve pumpkins for!
