Today was the annual golf trip Bobby does with his dad. His brother plays when he can…he was working so Bobby and his Dad played with some family friends. Even though it was a hot day, they had a good time hanging out and playing some golf.
So while the boys were off playing golf, the chicks hung around the house and entertained ourselves. Landry took 2 awesome naps and played on the floor with her toys from home.
Ashton and Mamo snuggled in Papo’s chair and watched 2 movies! Mamo and Papo have a “movie library” for the grandkids and they have tons of movies. Mamo had to buy "The Jungle Book 2" to add to the library since Ashton hadn’t seen it. They also watched "Enchanted" because Mamo hadn’t seen it before. Two movies was a REAL TREAT for Ashton…but hey that is what you do when you visit grandparents!
Mamo also bought Ashton a jack set and taught Ashton to play jacks. She thought it was neat that she was playing a game her Mamo played when she was a little girl. Right now she is very interested in what grown ups did when they were little kids.
When the boys got back, Landry spent some time hanging with them while they cooled off and we sat outside with Ashton while she swam.

Later that evening, Bobby and his brother Todd went fishing in the pond behind their house. Ashton watched until the sun went down. Another fun day in Alabama!
