Spring Break Day 5

Day 5 :: March 12th

Last night was the night Kaitlyn had her birthday sleepover at her condo with Ashton and Maddy. That meant that Landry got to have us all to herself. She was really bummed that she didn't get to be a part of the action but we tried our best to distract her.

We went for a short (and very cold) walk on the beach looking for crabs before she headed to bed. 

And when she woke up this morning, she and Daddy made a trip to Krispy Kreme for donuts! They had to drive quite a ways but they had a good time and it was totally worth it. Landry had to get to do something that Ashton didn't get to do!

The day started out a little cold, so we spent some time swimming in the indoor pool which was nice and warm! The girls loved it!

After lunch when the sun came out, we set up camp on the beach for some fun on the sand.

Again, the big girls really wanted to be IN the water so they thought maybe they could get used to it enough but that was about as far as they got!

We made the most of our day...even though we still couldn't really enjoy it fully, (stinkin' wind and clouds) we made the most of it and had some fun!

And of course, we still had our fun evening condo swap hangouts to entertain us after the sun went down!
