It was just this Momma and her girls...Daddy's has a conference every single year, this very same week which means he had to miss Open House a-gain. I tried my best to take a few pictures to document what Daddy missed.
I made them stop on the way in...just in case I wasn't able to get any pictures inside the school. There are a TON of people packed into the classrooms and sometimes there just isn't a moment to squeeze in a picture.
We arrived at Ashton's desk to find her stack of greatness to share with us.
I loved Ms. France's board...it looks very "fifth grade" to me. While Ashton was showing me all her work, Landry stood in front of that board and studied every single thing written on it. She loved reading the names of the kids in A's class.
Once again, Ashton had some really great pieces to show us. I am so proud of how hard she works and the pride she puts into each thing she does. She always says, "I am not very artistic, so don't look too closely at the art part, just look at the rest." I love her art...she comes by it naturally because neither her Daddy nor I are artistic either...and that is totally okay!
I am not sure what middle school has but I hope it is something! I sure enjoyed this Open House since it was her last one for elementary.
