Pinterest might be one of the most genius things ever. I love it and every once in a while I get some good ideas that I actually carry out. The girls love to go to our neighbors and drop off treats for the holidays/seasons. So when I saw this cute and fun recipe for "Scarecrow Crunch" on Pinterest, we decided to whip up a batch and leave it on our neighbors' porches as a fun little Fall Surprise. I had the most fun making it with the girls!
You'll notice Landry is in jammies...in the afternoon! This is her norm and as long as we are at home and aren't going anywhere, I don't mind that she puts on jammies. One of these days I will miss that she used to run around in her jammies all the time!
This snack is full of sweet and salty goodness. And the best part is that you can put whatever you want in it and make it your way!
We bagged it up in cute little jack-o-lantern bags with the recipe and ingredients. Then we loaded it up and delivered it to the neighbors.
Another idea I found on Pinterest and couldn't wait to do with the girls was the Spider ice cubes. I didn't get the reaction I wanted out of the girls, but it was still pretty funny. Landry freaked out more than Ashton. This will be a regular Halloween trick I do for them even though they already know it! It is still fun!
