MTT-ARB

One thing that always signals that it is the end of summer is Meet the Teacher. And today, we had Ashton's MTT. I was SO not ready for this...not even a little bit! How in the world is it possible that another summer has flown by, and how is it that my oldest daughter getting ready to start her last year of elementary school? How is she already a FIFTH grader.

She was excited to see who her teacher was going to be and she was excited to see who was going to be in her class, but she was not excited for school to start back up!

I took my camera, but didn't get one single picture while we were actually inside the building. The few I did get came after we met her teacher and were on our way back to the car.

She was hoping to get Miss France (she is the young teacher that everyone wanted) and lucky for her, she got her! She also knew several people in her class so she was pretty excited.

So far the start of the school year is off to a good start! At least she is not starting a new school this year, so from her perspective, this is already going to be a better first day than last year!
