It's time for our monthly random pictures...
This Big Girl of ours spent an entire week at home sick with a weirdo virus that included two trips to the doctor and some not-so-fun tests. She ran a fever, had a cough and was lethargic for the whole week. On Wednesday, I picked up her work that she had missed from school so she could work on it at home. She was a trooper throughout the week even though it wasn't much fun for her!
Little Miss decided she would play with her baby while I was getting a shower. I asked her what she was doing and she responded with a pretend story that she was at the mall with her baby when her baby needed her diaper changed. She came to the bathroom and since there was no changing table she had to use the floor. This kid is a hoot and I love her to pieces!!
{I finally broke down and gave her the diaper bag I used when she was a baby. And even though the bag is just about as big as she is, she absolutely loves it!!}
This mylar balloon is left over from Landry's birthday that was over a month and a half ago. The girls accidentally let it go and it went up to the ceiling. The ceiling is pretty tall and we don't have a ladder to reach the string. So....We are waiting very patiently for this darn balloon to lose some air and from the looks of it, I bought a pretty good balloon and I will have to keep on waiting!
This picture was taken with my phone...I made this little wreath for Valentine's Day!
The Leonards had a Groupon for a pizza joint called Palio's and spontaneously invited us to join them after their girls finished with dance. You'll notice MG is the only Big Kid in the picture....ARB was at a birthday party and she was TOTALLY BUMMED when she found out we were having dinner with the Leonard4. Miss Jodi snapped this cute picture of three-fourths of the girls while we had some gelato at Paciugo.
Miss DeAnn is Grammy's friend who also works at Baylor. She is one of the sweetest people I know and I am so glad that we have had the chance to get to know her and call her a part of our family. Anyway, she got the girls each a Baylor Bear Pillow Pet for Christmas. While we watched the Lady Bears play basketball on tv, they had a blast doing their Bears' hair so I snapped a picture and sent it to Miss DeAnn!
While me and my sidekick were at Target one day, she tried on a cute pair of turquoise sunglasses and asked me to take her picture with my phone!
Competition Season has officially started for Macy, Carly and the rest of the Prodigy teams. We LOVE that most of the competitions are live streamed on the computer and we LOVE that Miss Jodi sends us the girls' schedules so we can watch them! We can't wait until we get to go and watch them live, but until then, we will be happy supporting them via the computer!
