Our Littlest Birthday Girl

Yesterday our little punkin had her birthday which means we now have a FOUR year old. Yes, Landry Paige is F-O-U-R!!

As soon as she woke up, she was ready to have her birthday breakfast to get the celebrating kicked off. She chose a sprinkle donut from Dunkin Donuts...
...she devoured every single bite and sprinkle!

We have a 4 year old and a 9 year old...how in the world did that happen?!

Ashton was so excited about the gift she got for her Lil Sisser. She wanted to wrap it all by herself so we had to hide out in my closet just in case the birthday girl decided to accidentally wander in. Ashton didn't want  any part of her gift to be ruined.

I cracked up when I saw how Ashton "finished" up the present. Especially the "drum role please" because her gift to LP was glow in the dark, light up drum sticks! Pure sweetness and I love it!!

Once we got home from breakfast, we let the birthday girl open her presents from us.

She nearly wet her pants when she busted out the drum sticks from Ashton. That was the best present ever!

The last present she opened was a note that said, "go look in Daddy's closet". Ashton escorted the four year old to the closet where she found her big girl bike waiting for her! Lan-Lan was so excited because she has known for a while that she wanted a bike when she turned 4 and she was clear that she wanted it for her birthday and NOT for Christmas.

We had to take it out on the patio for a mini test drive...again with those cute little buns!

Happy Girl!

When the phone calls started coming in, she walked over to the back door and looked at her bike while she was telling all about it.

After her birthday dinner at Uncle Julio's, we came home and let her open her presents from Mamo, Papo, and Uncle Todd.
The "front carrier" for Selena was perfect. She has 4 babies that will fit in that thing and she feels like an official mommy now!!

Our littlest girl had a perfect day. Donuts, presents, a ballerina birthday party, dinner at Uncle Julio's, phone calls, texts, and more presents...what more could a little girl ask for?!

I know I sound like a broken record, but I just can't believe our baby is FOUR!! We love you baby girl and we hope you had a very Happy Birthday. We love you more than you will ever know sweet girl!

Happy Birthday P-Monkey!!

FOR REALS!!! that fact that our qore baby is FOUR is very alarming to me. and unacceptable, if you really want the troof! these kids have really got to start following directions and quit the growing nonsense. redonk.

ahem. however...LANDRY IS THE CUTEST LITTLE FOUR YEAR OLD I KNOW! that sweet smile...the fact that she stood at the back door describing her bike to people...all of it! love her to bits.

and ashton's "drum roll please" message made me laugh out loud! love it!
