Landry's friend Ava was out of town when we had Landry's party so she couldn't come. Miss Brandi told us they would take the girls to see "Beauty and the Beast" in 3D as her birthday present. With me getting sick, we weren't sure when we were going to get it planned. Luckily at the last minute, we pulled it together. I am better and really needed to get out of the house, so it ended up working out perfectly.
Landry has only ever been to the movies at Studio Movie Grill so I really wasn't sure how she would do at an actual theater. She was stoked to have popcorn, fruit snacks and an icee.
She did way better than I expected. She wasn't too sure about the 3D glasses at first, but once she got used to them it was fine. It was hilarious to watch her reach out and try and grab things out in front of her.
She sat in my lap for most of the movie which was fine by me!
Miss Brandi and I each took a picture with our phones before the movie started since this was Ava's first movie theater experience and obviously the first 3D experience. We didn't want to annoy people around us by taking a ton of pictures...we got enough document the milestone!

well, if they are the two cutest pint-sized movie goers! what a perfect bday present idea! i'm totally gonna have to do that if our girls ever miss a party!
and ps. i love how GINORM the glasses are on lanlan's cute widdle face. i wanna bite her...just sayin'. :)
