The girls love to cook and bake so we spent one of the days over Winter Break doing just that. They wanted to make Christmas goodies and since we have had several new neighbors move into our neighborhood lately, we thought some goodies would be a nice way of welcoming them.
We spent a good portion of our day in our jammies baking with the ipod blaring our favorite tunes in the background. We made chex mix and some yummy pretzel and chocolate treats that I found on Pinterest. Have I mentioned before how much I love Pinterest...because I do!
After we finished baking and packaging our goodies, we set out to deliver them. The girls rode their scooters while I tagged along carrying the treats. I really enjoyed spending some QT with the girls in the kitchen and they had so much fun. We will definitely be baking more goodies soon!
