We have had an insane amount of days where the weather has been well over 100 degrees and on the off day that we got a cold front, that just meant that the temps dropped into the low 90's. But, today it was a nice afternoon and the girls wanted to ride their scooters out on the sidewalk in front of the house while we waited for Daddy to get home. (I had also planned on snapping some good action shots of them playing.)
When I called them downstairs to go outside, Landry had been playing dress up. I didn't know what she had on and when I told her to get her shoes and come on down, she came down wearing a ballerina outfit and pink cowboy boots. I knew having her take the time to change would cause an all out fit, and with a three year old, you have to choose your battles. This was not a battle I was willing to fight!
The girls had a blast and we ended up having to come inside after about 20ish minutes because it started to RAIN! I wasn't able to get many pictures of Ashton because she was going FAST on her scooter and slowing down for a picture really wasn't something she was interested in doing. Again, I wanted her to enjoy being outside so I didn't fight that battle either.

um. personallyyyy...i think the only thing better than riding scooters is riding scooters ballerina-style! :) and technically, her big sis had on a "tutu" also! LOVE IT!
OMG, I am SO glad you didn't make Landry change. Because those pics are PRICELESS!!!
Awesome. Reminds me of how another 3 year old dresses! Great scootin' pics of the two of them!
