The last week of school is upon us yet again which means we are winding down Ashton's THIRD grade year. How is that even possible? I can't believe another school year has flown by.
One of the big events that happens at the end of the year is the Celebration of Learning. Yesterday we attended her fourth COL....we were all very excited and could not have been more proud of our girl! The Mamarazzi was in full force and Daddy was armed with the video camera as we watched our BG get her award.
I totally am in love with this Big Girl of ours and we are so incredibly proud of her.
There she is...Our GREAT LEADER Award holder. She was SO excited to get something other than the Reading Award which she has received every year until now. Her teacher had some really nice things to say about how he loved that he can trust her completely and that she is a great example for other students to follow. As a parent that is such an awesome thing to hear!
Lil Sis was such a good girl during the ceremony. She watched for Sisser and waved at her when she was on stage. And I am pretty sure she clapped louder than anyone else in the building!
Proud doesn't even come close to covering how we feel about this girl!
The quickest" Sisser Pic" ever...it was so crowded that it was almost impossible to get a picture without someone walking through. At least it is documented!
ARB was so excited that she and her best bud received the exact same award and they are in different classes!
Ashton with her two BFFs from Carroll
Mr. McNeal and Ashton
Another super quick picture...so quick in fact there apparently was no time to make sure we were centered or that no one was cut out of the picture!
We truly enjoy being able to watch our BIG GIRL grow and learn so much every year. We love the smart and caring young lady she is growing up to be. We are so incredibly proud of our Ashton Raley!!
It was such a great way to celebrate all that she has accomplished this school year.
