Friendship Week

This week our BG had another fun themed week which was Friendship  Week. The counselor planned it perfectly to tie in with Valentine's Day.  Ashton loves participating in these fun weeks, but she also loves applying the message that is taught.

Monday...

"Open your heart to a new friend"

Wear a red or pink shirt with jeans. 

(She and most of the other girls chose to wear their Valentine's Day shirts)

Tuesday...

"Friends make our world more colorful"

Wear a bright colored shirt.

Wednesday...

"Slip into a GOOD Friendship"

Wear slippers and silly socks. Ashton also could not wait to wear the shirt we gave her for Valentine's Day!

*Lil Sis wanted to wear a skirt and her new shirt just like Big Sis and she wanted her picture taken too!

Thursday...

"Make a friend feel WARM and FUZZY today"

Wear warm ups.

"Carroll friends have spirit!"

Me, being the fantastic and on top of things mom did not get a picture of Ashton in her spirit shirt. I don't even know why....it slipped my mind before we left for school and then we were busy after school and I totally forgot.  Oops!

So many of the teachers and students participated in Friendship Week...it was a neat sight to see. Ashton had to go the dentist twice this week and they loved seeing her outfits and hearing about why she was wearing them.
