Time flies by WAY to fast...it always has...and I am sure it always will.
I cannot believe that THREE years ago today our littlest girl joined our family. I cannot believe I have an 8.5 year old and a 3 year old. I can't believe that three years ago when Landry Paige was born her Big Sister was in Kindergarten. I cannot believe how much this little girl has changed in 3 years....she is truly growing into a little girl....a preschooler...not a baby or a toddler...a three year old preschooler. Wow.
This year's birthday was so much fun for us and for her. She totally "got" what it meant that it was her birthday and that she was the birthday girl. She loved every minute of it and must have asked a gazillion times when she got to blow out her candles and have her cupcake.
She of course did a little posing for us...
This is her new pose...I love it because she tries to be just like Ashton!
Sissers.
She has the 3 fingers down pat!
I love this powdered sugar donut covered mouth!
I let her choose where she wanted to have her birthday lunch and she chose Sonic so we brought it home for a picnic. Then she busted out sorting her M&Ms on her place mat and I just couldn't resist those hands!
I am bummed that so many of these pictures are blurry, but that is what I was able to get ... she would NOT be still for anything. I even thought the roll of wrapping paper she picked out at Target would keep her still in the chair but oh how I was wrong!
As soon as Ashton got home from school we let LP open her presents from us. She is not our kid who gives us any kind of reaction. We always wait for it but never get one. She also doesn't want us to say anything about her present until she has every last little piece of paper off of it.Daddy gave Landry and Mommy our traditional Birthday Tulips.
Ashton had a Master Clinic today so we did the cupcakes after she got home. So while Ashton and Mommy were at dance, Daddy took Lan-Lan to the Cupcakery to pick out cupcakes for the Birthday Celebration.
I am pretty sure the singing and blowing out the candles and the cupcake were her favorite things of the day. She sat there with the most ginormous Landry smile plastered across her face while we sang to her. Then she blew out her candles and devoured her cupcake.
I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that she is THREE. She is spunky, sassy, funny, sweet, quirky, friendly, loving, energetic, snuggly, happy, silly, smart, mischievous, dramatic and she is ours!
Happy 3rd Birthday Landry Paige!
We love you bunches and bunches!!

Oh, I loved seeing these pictures of LP and reading your words! Died at the pink glasses and pink guitar pic, oh me. To be THREE again! And her FACE in the pic of you and her - PRICELESS. You got some great ones!!
How do we have 3 year olds? And how is it that Jagger (or boys?), never do their "3" fingers that way!? I think it's so funny! Jagger can BARELY even do it that way!!
Girl loaded up on some yummies for her day - just the way it should be!!
