End of Spring Break...

Today we took the girls to Main Event so that Ashton could bowl and play some games. The Main Event just opened by our house a few weeks ago and every time we drive by, Ashton wonders what it looks like on the inside. Well...today she found out.

We bowled one and half games (you pay by the hour) and then we headed to the game area. Ashton is usually good for one full game and after that her arm gets tired so she wasn't thrilled with the second game...plus, she really wanted to play some games.

Landry was a happy camper during the first part of bowling, then she wanted out to explore this new place. There was a little girl in the lane next to us who was 18 months old that Landry was infatuated with. The little girl's brother was infatuated with Landry and played a jillion games of peek-a-boo with her which made her giggle. She even held her hands out for the lady in that group to hold her which the woman totally loved!

So... give Landry a snack and some new friendly people and she is a happy camper. She kept yelling "BAh-BAh" over and over. The bowling alley is a fantastic place to see so many balls in different colors and the lights...wow!

Landry loved dancing to the music that was blaring and just checkin' out the scenery in general.

Ooohhh Ashton Raley....I love her little legs after she gets done rolling her ball while she watches it down the alley. The music videos were fun to watch too.

So after the bowling ended, we ventured over to the games. Ashton had a hard time deciding where to start. The driving games are always a hit...she was hugging the steering wheel super tight because it vibrated and she was trying to keep it still. It was a hoot to watch!

Old faithful...skeeball! She is good at this game and loves it~mainly because you get lots of points to win prizes!

Then it was off to "Air Hockey" with Mommy. It was a close game but Mommy won at the last second 7-6. It was a total blast!

Her face shows her excitement...if only you could hear the laugh that went with it....

Then she needed to take on Daddy...I can't remember who won this game....

After the fun at Main Event was over, we headed home so Daddy could make a few phone calls, Landry could get out and play for bit, and we could have supper. After supper it was off to the mall to find "Pea" some shoes and Mommy some pants. The best part was a surprise trip to Paciugo for some gelato.

Landry loved her some gelato. She has had a teeny tiny taste before but tonight she got to have several bites. She sampled Sissy's strawberry and mango, plus Daddy's banana and chocolate {she couldn't taste Mommy's because I had peanut butter in mine}. It was deee-lish and everyone love it!

So it was a totally fun day with the fam hanging out. This was a busy spring break even though we didn't go anywhere. We had fun and wish it was longer! We still have the weekend left to enjoy...
