The Olsons Visit...

We finally got to meet Bailey Walker Olson!

This sweet baby boy belongs to our really great friends (actually like family) Kynda and Chris. This past summer they moved to Bastrop, Texas down 'round the Austin area for Chris' job. The football team needed him there...so they went. Anyway, I was supposed to go to Austin for Bailey's birth back in December~but that is when I had bronchitis....so no trip for me. So....even though my husband got to meet and love on Bailey a few weeks, ago....the girls and I had to wait....until last weekend!

They came in on Friday evening and spent the night with us. On Saturday, we went to lunch at Pei Wei...yummm-0! Then we headed to the mall. Next stop was home so the babies could nap while the mommies went to the store to finish getting ready for the "get-together" we had at our house so all of our friends could see the Olsons and meet Bailey! So much fun....and Bailey let everyone ooh and ahhh all over him.

Then on Sunday, we had to share the Olsons with their "actual" family. They stayed with us on Sunday night too. On Monday morning, Uncle Chris went with Daddy to take Ashton to school...she thought that was super cool!

Bailey let his mommy and me take some pictures of him on Sunday night. Kynda is actually a real photographer...I so want to be one of those when I grow up!

Uncle Chris let Landry hold his phone...not only was that fun for her (she never gets to even touch ours) but he also had pictures on his phone for her to look at. They were pictures of Bailey...she LOVES babies. That is Uncle Chris for you...spoiling our girls!

I FINALLY got to have me some "Bailey Lovin' Time" I was in heaven!

Ashton had the sniffles so we didn't let her hold Bailey, but she could sit close to him for about 5.2 seconds so we could snap a quick pic to document this occasion. Excuse the weird lighting and the silly face she is making...this is the ONLY picture we got of her and Bailey.

Miss Jodi got her some "Bailey Lovin' Time" too

And Miss Gina got her time too...Landry was obsessed with Bailey. She couldn't keep her hands off of him. She is trying to con Miss Jodi and Miss Gina into letting her have him. She loves her some babies, but didn't quite get that he isn't like her baby dolls...poor girl! It is tough being 12 months old sometimes!

Speaking of being obsessed...she was also obsessed with Cash's hair. I don't know why~I mean he is precious~but she was mauling him just so she could touch his head. She wouldn't leave him alone. He finally figured out he could get away from her because he can walk and she can't. It was too funny!

Thanks for coming to visit Team Olson...we had a blast and can't wait until next time! Really, we can't wait until yall move back "home"!
