The Mommies Go Out....

Here is part of our "Mommy Crew"...you see, Jill (in the green) is going to have her sweet baby girl on Wednesday and so we decided we should all go out one more time before Allie's arrival. So Gina brought GT and Anna over to hang with Bobby and the girls, and Bill brought Macy and Carly over too. They boys made dinner for the kids, grilled them some "man steaks" and us Mommies went for a yummy dinner at Bonnie Ruth's.

This was one of the best things about our dinner....$3 martinis! We each ordered a different one so we could sample and Jill had her delicious water. Gina ordered the orange -mango martini, Jodi ordered the Wedding Cake martini and I ordered a pomegranate martini....and let me tell you, they were all soooooo yummy! You are probably thinking..."Wedding Cake Martini? Yuck!" so were we but it was so not what we expected and it was very delish! In fact when Victoria arrived she and her friend ordered one too! That is actually one of their most popular drinks...go figure!

Victoria's friend from college had come in town for the weekend and we are so glad they let us take them away from their own plans to join us!

After our yummy dinner, we headed back to "Casa de Bryce" so Gina could take her kiddos home and get them in bed. GT had an 8:00 am soccer game. Victoria and her friend headed home for some QT with Baby Trip before his bedtime. Jodi, Jill, and I decided we weren't too old to go see a movie at 10:00 at night....at the mall...with all the teeny boppers. After the movie, we decided that maybe we are too old for that...we were all tuckered out. We still had fun though!

Ashton, Landry, Carly, Macy, GT and Anna had a blast with the Daddies playing, having dinner, more playing, and a movie. Us mommies had a good time....it isn't often that we take the time for ourselves. Now we just have to wait for Sweet Baby Alexandra to make her arrival!
