Special Treat...

This past Saturday, my sister and her little boy who is 3 weeks older than Landry came to visit. My brother-in-law is a deer hunter and this was opening weekend for bow hunting (I think) so Megan thought this would be a good time for her and Parker to come up to Big D for some fun and shopping. Boy, were we busy!

Just after she arrived, we moved my girls’ car seats into her car so we could go have some lunch. Jodi had never met Parker and wanted to meet him so she and her girls met us at Tin Star for lunch. The three of us were outnumbered by kiddos so it was kind of crazy. After lunch we headed to Sam Moon…this was one of Megan’s requests. We decided to brave it even though it was Saturday and you can’t have strollers on Saturdays. We ended up with one baby in the Baby Bjorn and one being carried while the big girls walked and oooohhh, la-la-ed at all the "stuff".

After a while in there the babies said had had enough so we headed home for naptime. Ashton and Bobby went to the softball party while we went and did some more shopping until supper time. After supper, baths, and some playtime the babies went to bed and Megan and I did more shopping.

It was a busy day but we enjoyed having them. They headed home on Sunday morning to prepare for birthday festivities for my mom and brother-in-law. Even though we were busy…we still managed to get some pictures which wasn’t so easy with 2 babies. Good thing we had Ashton, she was a tremendous help in getting them to smile!

After naptime on Saturday Parker and Landry played in her crib for a bit...
Landry looks scard but she wasn't...just maybe not so sure what is going on

One of the few pictures where they are BOTH looking at the camera

Landry was looking for a particular toy even though the basket was almost empty

Parker B and his Uncle Bobby

I LOVE this picture of Parker...too cute!
