Landry's Play Date...

Today Landry had a play date with Cash. Cash is a month older than Landry and Emily (Cash’s Mom) and I have been saying for months that we needed to get the babies together to play. Well this was the first weekend in a while that we were able to do it. So Emily and Cash came over for some playtime and some dinner.

It.was.so.much.fun!

They played for a while…we had quesadillas and guacamole for dinner…then we played some more….then it was time for jammies. Landry didn’t take a good nap so I wasn’t sure how she would hold up, but she did great. Other than having red eyes and a red nose from her runny nose…she did great.

Cash wasn't so sure about the texture of this ball at first (check out his face...too funny)...

but he quickly got used to it and loved playing with it.

After we had gotten their jammies on, Emily was getting Cash’s bottle ready to give him before they headed home and Landry saw it. She crawled over to Emily and pulled herself up using Emily’s pant legs and was fussing…she thought it was for her. So I had to take Landry to nurse before they left while Cash was having his bottle.

We had such a good time chatting while the babies were playing! Ashton did great playing with the babies and hanging out while they played. Thanks Emily and Cash for coming over…we can’t wait to do it again soon!

I had taken Landry to a play group for Stroller Fit on Thursday so she got to play with babies her age twice in a matter of days for the first time in her life!
