Thumb Update

I thought I would update you on our thumb-sucking problem with Landry. She is only doing it at night which I guess… it could be worse. She is sleeping in her crib in her room now and I don’t know when she puts her thumb in her mouth. She has gotten so good at it, that it doesn’t make the loud sucking sound anymore when she is trying to find it. That used to be my cue to put the pacifier in.

She was sleeping in our room because Ashton’s room is right next to Landry’s and we didn’t want Ashton to wake up every time Landry did which was every 3 hours. Now she goes to sleep after I feed her at 8:00 and she doesn’t wake up again until between 4:30 and 5:30. I feed her and she goes right back to sleep again until around 8:00.

So...she gets to have her thumb at night which is helping her sleep and during the day she uses the pacifier. Thanks for all the comments and emails!
